Although a custom template goes a long way towards having a unque website somtimes additional customisation and modification needs to take place. 

When I develop a Mambo or Joomla website I am also able to modify and customise Joomla and third party components (subject to the component license/terms of use). This can be particularly useful if you want to style a components or modules or ensure that your site is fully completely compliant.  

Although all my templates are tested and fully compliant and cross browser compatible, not all components and modules are. If you need to have a fully compliant website then (subject to the component license/terms of use) I can carry out modifications to make their output XHTML compliant.
