Sarah Hayes is a full-time freelance Joomla web designer, based in Bromley Kent, with over 11 years experience in website design and development. All my static websites and Mambo and Joomla templates are XHTML and CSS compliant, cross browser compatible and designed to be accessible to those using screen readers. There are some great free and commercial Mambo and Joomla templates available from many websites that sell the same templates over and over again.
