This training course covers the installation and configuration of the Joomla content management system.
- Creating a mySQL database from within Plesk and/or using phpMyAdmin
- Uploading the Joomla files using FTP and setting the correct file permissions
- Installation of Joomla content management system on a Unix server
- Configuring Joomla ready for the input of content
- Creating a section, category, content page and static page
- Configuring web links, contact us, banner adverts and mass email
- Installing a Joomla template
- Transferring your Joomla website from one server to another

If the course is to be run at your premises then travelling time and expenses are charged in addition to the cost of the course.
Non-returnable deposit of £100.00 is payable on booking with the balance being payable 7 days before the day of your course. No refund will be given if you cancel your course less than 7 days before your course date.
