Joomla Maintenance and Security Contract
Have peace of mind with our Update and Security Contract. We will installing maintenance updates to your Joomla website and extensions, plus we will install, configure and monitor RSFirewall and carry out regular security audit. There are no support hours included, but you can purchase support hours and request additional work as required. See comparison table below for further details of what is covered.
£45.00 per month or only £35.00 per month if we built and host your website.
Joomla Support and Security Contract
Our Joomla Support Maintenance Contracts start from 2 hours per month. These hours can then be used for keeping Joomla and extensions up to date, website support and development services (see table below). We also install, configure and monitor RSFirewall and carry out regular security audits on your website. Apart from the firewall monitoring and regular security audits, all other work needs to be requested. See comparison table below for further details of what is covered.
£95.00 per month or only £75.00 per month if we host your website.
Joomla Support Retainer
Our Support Retainer, gives you a Joomla expert on hand and enables you to purchase hours support hours as and when you need it.

Our standard support is provided between 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. If you require support outside of these hours, please contact us and we can upgrade your support contract include out of hours support.

Questions
Do you have customised support plans?
If none of our plans above meet your requirements, please contact us and we can create a customised support plan for you.
How do I request support?
All support customers have an account on our Customer Support System. You can raise a support ticket by either emailing support, or logging into your customer account and opening a support ticket.
Do you provide telephone support?
We understand that some customers prefer to pick up the phone. For telephone support, we charge an additionally monthly fee of £25.00 per named user, per month.
What happens once I've used my support time?
From time to time you may find your go over your monthly support time. If you find that you regularly need more time, you can either add more hours to your contract, purchase blocks of support hours, or we can invoice you at the end of each month, for any additional time.
If I have a support contract will you automatically install updates?
With our Update & Security Contract, we actively monitor Joomla and your extensions for security and maintenance updates and install them when they become available.
If you have our Support Contract, because your hours can be used for both support and some services, we need you to request us to install updates.
If you need both support and updates, on a regular basis, then you can opt to combine two contracts.
What is the minimum contract term?
All of our contracts are for an initial minimum period of 12 months. After that, monthly support contracts can be cancelled with a months notice. Annual contracts are paid 12 months in advance. You may cancel them at anytime, but we do not refund of any unused months.
What happens if I don't use my contracted hours?
Unless otherwise agreed, support hours need to be used each month and cannot be carried over. If you think that you will not require a minimum of 1 hour per month, then you may prefer to become a Support Retainer customer and purchase blocks of hours as you need them.
