Joomla Support & Maintenance Contracts
We offer Joomla website support and maintenance contracts, which are essential for ensuring the long-term functionality, security, and performance of your Joomla website. We install regular updates, bug fixes, and security patches to safeguard your website from vulnerabilities. Clients benefit from proactive monitoring and timely intervention to address issues before they escalate, minimising downtime and disruptions. Additionally, our support contracts include content website support, staff training, content updates, template tweaks and much more.
Support contracts from 2 hours per month for customers we host and 3 hours per month for customers who host their website elsewhere. If you need more hours per month, we can either increase the number of contracted hours, or you can purchase blocks of additional support hours.
Our standard support rate is £65.00 per hour, which is discounted to £50.00 for our hosting customers.
All contracts are for a minimum of 12 months. We offer substantial discounts to customers who host their website with us. Our Joomla Hosting starts from only £150.00 per year.

* Additional Extension Updates
As part of our Support Contract, we monitor and install updates to 5 agreed extensions (extensions are components, modules, plugins and YOOtheme Pro elements and integrators). Most commonly, this includes Akeeba Backup Pro, AdminTools Pro, and JCE Editor Pro, plus two other extensions, but it can be any extensions you choose.
Additional extensions can be monitored and updated for an additional charge.
- Components, including related modules and plugins £10.00 per month.
Examples would be: DJCatalog2 and RSForms Pro. - Components that don't have any related modules and plugins £5.00 per month.
Examples would be: Regular Labs Modules Anywhere and CookiesCK Pro. - Standalone modules and plugins £3.00 per month.
Examples would be: Accordion Menu CK and DJMegaMenu. - YOOtheme Pro 3rd party integrators £2.00 per month.
Examples would be: DJClassifieds and DJCatalog2 Integrators. - YOOtheme Pro 3rd party elements £1.00 per month.
Examples would be: Flart Studios Grid Pro, Switcher Pro and KickTemp YOOColors.
As a complimentary service, we offer our Managed Hosting customers and Hosting customers with an active Support Contract access to a selection of our developer extension licenses and subscriptions.
